At PAHO/WHO’s request and guidance, support the Organization in sharing and disseminating PAHO/WHO’s recommendations, guidance and public health messages on preventing violation of human rights, with emphasis on human trafficking, to enhance nursing workforce development and technical expertise.

At PAHO/WHO’s request and under its guidance, support the Organization’s work on the development of capacity building activities on primary health care (PHC).
TOR 3
At PAHO/WHO’s request the proposed institution will support the development and strengthening of nursing workforce development, patient safety, and health disparities research.
